Valerie Landry
Director of Sales
A native New Orleanian, who has worked in the hospitality and event planning industry for twenty years. Valerie joined the Creole Cuisine group in 2011. Valerie has been an active member of NACE, MPI, and ISES, serving on several boards throughout the years, and prides herself in keeping up with the current trends in the industry by continuing education through these organizations.

Taylor Cabral Qunitini
Catering Sales Manager
Born and raised in New Orleans, Taylor has a love and appreciation for our unique city. She moved out of state for college and graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Taylor returned home to pursue her dream of working in the Hospitality/Catering Industry. In 2007, Taylor accepted a position as Sales Manager for Bourbon Vieux and is responsible for the Wedding, Fraternity/Sorority, Sports and Local Corporate markets. She is a member of FEA, and NACE.

Olivia Long Cassesi
Sales Coordinator
Olivia joined the Bourbon Vieux staff in 2010. Her responsibilities include Mardi Gras and New Year’s Eve reservations along with various social events and day-to-day office activities.

Jack Thompson
Operations Manager
Jack has been in the industry for several years with a strong background in both restaurant and event/banquet operations. He looks forward to providing a unique and stylish event for all clients with an exceptional level of service and an eye for detail.

Executive Chef
Chef Wiebelt brings numerous years of culinary expertise to Bourbon Vieux. After working in some of New Orleans most reputable restaurants, his creativeness has brought about rave reviews from our clients. His innovative ideas, presentation skills and culinary diversity make him an indispensable part of our team.
Stephanie Baker
Event Manager
Stephanie joins the Bourbon Vieux family with a strong background in event and banquet operations. Stephanie has produced and operated events for several venues across the country and is excited to bring that knowledge to Bourbon Vieux for a unique and one of a kind guest experience.
